It’s not the Ritz, but great value!
If you are looking for posh, this isn’t it. If you want an exceptionally clean, reasonably priced cottage, this IS the place. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood Felt very safe.Owner is exceedingly gracious and available if you have needs.

the toilet would not work from time to time. i never was able to get the tv remote to work. the bathroom as small with no elbow room. bart the owner was pretty helpful. on the up side, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. only 10 minutes from either downtown or the casinos (pepermill/atlantis).

We were just passing through for one night with our two dogs. The property is as advertised - its a nice, clean, basic unit with fenced area for dogs that was much appreciated. The yard is safely fenced for dogs, and the off street parking is convenient. Property is in need of a deep clean. Yard was cluttered with branches and debris. BBQ was rusted and unuseable. It is an inexpensive option, but don’t expect much
