"We had some issues while checking in as the bathroom and lobby door had issues while closing. This was quickly addressed. Although i wanted to switch with another room but that option was not given to me. The location was perfect just at heart of surfers paradise. The breakfast was really good with loads of options. Special shoutout to Michael from concierge team who ensured our bags where delivered in our room and also helped us offload our bags during checkout. "

"It’s a great place if you are going for a tropical vibe. At times, you cannot tell that this is Gold Coast. Feels like a warm Indonesian Resort. Staff were great, greeting us every time we passed by. A few bits on the lobby roof were peeling, and some very minor scratches on the woodwork but otherwise wonderful. Bargain. "

"Wow! Paradise Resort Gold Coast is a kid's paradise! From the moment we arrived, there was so much to do. The pools were awesome, with slides and splash areas that kept my kids entertained for hours. The kids' club was fantastic, with friendly staff and fun activities like arts and crafts, and games. The food was great too, with lots of kid-friendly options. We can't wait to go back! staffs were outstanding, give them a raise."

"Beautiful condo. Check in and out was easy. Towels and other toiletries were restocked every day. Having an insuite washer and dryer was convenient. Minutes away from main beach was handy. Overall a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in surfers paradise!! "
