"The staff at the Wicker House were phenominal. It is in a fabulous location right in the heart of Duvall St. We were only staying one night for a trip out to Dry Tortugas but we will definitely stay there again when we come back. "

"Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return."

"The unit was comfortable and in a great location. The pool area in the back was very nice and plenty of room even when sharing with people in other units. The pool was clean and warm. This is located 1 block from Duval and a reasonable walk to just about anywhere. The roosters have no respect for our sleep - but that is the case anywhere on Key West! :) We loved our stay and will stay here again if we return. "

"Great trip with 16 people for a 50th birthday party. Host was very helpful and informative throughout the trip. Great for large groups."

"Awesome place, with a cool location right near the mangroves. Has a little restaurant and bar and gift shop, as well as kayak tours and rentals. Paddle boards too. We liked the visits from the manatees and nurse sharks near the fish cleaning station. Only negatives I have are that the ceiling fan chains were broken and harder to reach, some of the pillows were a bit yellowish and have seen better days and multiple devices like the Air conditioner and TV remotes batteries were dead, but they...

"I enjoyed my stay here very much. There are a lot of friendly staff working to keep this place clean and fresh looking. The beach, restaurant and pool were great. Loved the hammocks everywhere. Walking distance to shopping centers and other restaurants. The hourly shuttle to/from Duval St is awesome. You can rent a lot of things out of the resort too, bikes,etc. I would just mention there is no room service as described, nor is there a shuttle to the airport as a previous review stated. There is Uber and other Taxi services available however. Will go again. Truly loved it."
