"Just the noise of the workers and the cigarettes smell from them when they did construction next room , we complain about it the first time and requested another room but they said no. However, when the smell of painting gave us headache and my wife has asthma, then we demanded for another room or will leave. Then we got better room. Other than that is good "

"Receptionist was really helpful. All the staffs were kind and customer focused. Tehy helped out with recommendation to nice resturant Ayra resturant is aamzing and opposite the hotel. Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful. The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay. Good price and they went above and beyond. Definitely will visit again."

"The place was convenient in terms of distance to the airport, but that was the only pro. The shower didn’t work (shower head was broken), only one towel was provided for 2 of us, the room felt shabby. We only arrived at that hotel after midnight and had a 6am start, so we’re hoping to just get some sleep but this proved almost impossible due to the noise levels and door banging in the middle of the night. The property also misadvertised. It stated that an airport shuttle was available for a certain price, but when we asked to use this, we were told we had to take a taxi, which was 3 times as expensive, as they were legally not allowed to pick us up in a private car. So the offer of an airport shuttle should not have been listed in the hotel advert. Would absolutely not recommend this place. "
