"We were very impressed with this resort. The projection waterfall wall in the centre was amazing!! The food was delicious!! The pools were warm which was very nice. It was modern and the room was very nice as well. I liked the large main plaza. The architecture, design was impressive!! I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay in Punta Mita. "

"Beautiful lush tropical grounds, and our king suite was large, well appointed and very comfortable with an excellent ocean view (which of course we paid for). Upon check in, be aware they’ll try to book you for the standard “timeshare” presentation. In addition, our tower 4, 2nd floor room was right across from a major construction improvement, which I only wish we’d have been made aware of, as it made siesta quiet nap afternoons impossible. I’m sure we wouldn’t be the only ones to point out that the main pool loungers are woefully inadequate, leaving more spots for “member owners” only. The daily buffet selection and staff were top notch, as well as the two reservation-only dinner restaurants. This place is truly a paradise, with a wonderfully walkable shoreline and beach location. "

"We had a great time at the family selection grand Palladium. The staff was amazing. Everything was well kept food was good overall it’d be nice to have some more options at dinner outside of the restaurants. The activities for the kids were wonderful. Alejandra was great with our children. We highly Recommend bringing your family to the grand Palladium family selection. We will be going back for sure With everything there’s mine or things here and there but overall great time great property great staff. "

"We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It was nice being directly on the beautiful beach, to watch the whales and my kids surf the break directly out front of the property. The golf cart was also a blast to drive around town and beach clubs- our family of 5 fit perfectly. The beach club memberships were key to so much of our fun. The only thing I wish I would've known before arriving is that it's actually a 3 bedroom condo. The 4th room is really only a bonus room if you need an additional room for a child to sleep in but the housekeeper, Susana spread out out cleaning supplies in the 4th room, did laundry and ironing- it was basically her workspace and couldn't be used as a guest room. However, our family of 5 was very comfortable in the remaining 3 bedrooms and Susana did a wonderful job cleaning and cooking during our trip. Her food was delicious! We'll be back. "
