"We had a wonderful stay at this resort- all the staff was amazing!! We loved Oscar and Adriana! They always took special care of us! Food at the buffet and all 4 restaurants was great! Felt very safe and there was always something to do, but areas that were designated also for quiet times- if you prefer. The beach was very nice and the pools were great for kids and adults! We will definitely be back! "

"When we checked in to our room we were very disappointed with the condition of our room. In the morning we went to the front desk to voice or concern and they were very happy to upgrade our room to a newly renovated room. Once we switched rooms we were very happy and the condition of the new room was great. This made a world of difference. "

"Property was a little dated and hard to get reservations at the restaurants but the buffet was good always a taxi to take you where you wanna go right downtown close to shopping and restaurants in walking distance..staff very friendly has a heated pool."

"I was worried about stay as I had read some of the reviews after we booked. I was pleasantly surprised and loved my entire stay. To be realistic the biggest opportunity was some of the cleanliness due to being near the beach and having sand everywhere. The staff was very accommodating and always smiling. The food was a solid 9 with the last day being a MEXICO themed night which had food that brought back a lot of my childhood memories. The entertainment that night was awesome, a 12 out of 10!! We were there with my kids and in-laws who all said they would want to return again. Down side was on the first day someone tried to sell us a “time share” that was a little pushy but did provide some great information and great entertainment suggestions that were positioned as discounts if we attended an info meeting to get these discounts. In all was a great trip!!"
