The occupants that live on the property and share washer and dryer left stuff in both the washer and dryer the entire time of our stay (five nights).That was really difficult with a family and my parents not to be able to wash. "This beautiful bungalow was in such a great location. In walking distance of Colorado College, and downtown. Our host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully with a Christmas tree and decorations. The kitchen was full of every appliance you would ever need. "This is a great little house in a convenient area. Everything was very clean. It was a bonus that it was even decorated for Christmas! The property mangers (owners?) responded very quickly to questions. There is a nearby park with play equipment for kids and paths to walk your dog. Our pup really loved the backyard. It was so nice to wake up each morning to a view of the mountains. Highly recommend!"

"We were thankful to stay at this lovely and relaxing, pet-friendly casita while visiting family in the CSC area. Caren is a fabulous host and answered all of our questions before, during and even after our stay. She stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. The back house and hot tub are a plus and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Host has added some very thoughtful touches, like plenty of soap, towels, extra blankets and pillows. The home stays warm and toasty inside too....

"My wife and mother-in-law were in love with the flowery decor and the home location is very close to downtown Colorado Springs where all the shops, museums, and restaurants are located. The view of the mountains were spectacular. The hosts also had some complimentary drinks, snacks, and even a bag of dog food ready for us when we arrived. They made our stay comfortable and we felt welcomed."

"This has been one of the best vacation my husband and I have been on. The location is close to most of Colorado Springs (and close to a Walmart for groceries.) "We booked this home for a night knowing that a possible blizzard was in the forecast and I'm very glad we did, and not just because we didn't have to drive 100 miles in a blizzard. The home was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Our three-year-old loved the toys in the living room. Though we didn't utilize most of the kitchen and other amenities, it definitely has everything one would need for a longer stay. This home and the owners has us excited about planning a trip down in the summer time...
