"We were unfortunate enough to have our flight cancelled so we arrived 2 days into our initial booking and our stay was non-refundable BUT we were told to book the basic room for the additional nights and we were upgraded to a suite at no charge. We really appreciated it! Staff kept communicating via texts about our ETA to make sure our room was ready upon arrival. Parking comes at a whopping 25$ per night (after taxes) but the price of the hotel is very affordable so it makes up for it. Thanks Country Inn & Suites Niagara!"
