"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "

"On the beach with beautiful view and easy access to beach. Short drive to historic St Augustine. Restaurants and food shopping close. Spacious home with the best kitchen! Had chilly weather and really appreciated the great supply of blankets. Home was very clean. "

"The space and location were great. Beautiful views. We had a group of 14 adults so sleeping arrangements bathrooms worked well. Each level of the property had nice gathering areas for large groups. The property manager was helpful with a few situations during our stay. The outside area needs a bit of clean up and there was a smell from the septic area when entering and leaving the property.
