"I loved everything about Doubletree Pomona. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is on a hill with a shell petrol station nearby. The rooms were very large. modern, and clean. Breakfast was good. Because I travelled with my family and baby grandson we were given connecting rooms. I have no complaints. Even though the hotel was by a freeway you couldn’t hear the traffic. The staff were good too. I’d definitely come back if I was in the area."

"Came into town for a concert so I stayed here for the night. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room smelled and was super clean (ohh and great pillows). Breakfast is served from 6-9 so we missed it since we slept in.Some minor things the building could an upgrade but overall great staff great room."

"Maybe it was bad karma, but maybe it was the open, bungalow-type layout of the hotel wings and the utter darkness and the frat house atmosphere here, that resulted in our travel bag with all our running stuff being stolen from in front of our room door while my back was turned for a few minutes. The girl at the desk couldn't have cared less, which aggravated me no end. There was noise and student parties going on all night, and then the pipes started droning at 4 am - in short, any time I want...
