"We arrive at 1:45 am after driving from NM and checked in, the attendant at the front desk was super kind. He proceeded to let us know we can call front desk before noon to request late check out. ( we didnt need to however i really appreciated the gesture). We stay in room 109, a handicapable room. The sheets on the beds are so soft like butter and the atmosphere put us straight to bed, we woke up at 9am and were fully refreshed to continue our travels again. The lady in the morning greeted us joyfully ad we lefy and said thank you as well!!! "

"My car broke down on the way from Idaho Falls to Boise. The staff at the hotel not only let me check in early but also let me stay a bit later so that I could be dropped off by the tow truck and get my car the next morning. They are amazing!!!"
