"This is an older historical hotel. It is hard to keep an older place up. Carpet a bit worn but overall a good experience. All the staff were friendly. The bar & restaurant on site were Excellent. Chef was top notch. Our scallops were cooked perfect. The 2nd night we had lobster and it was good. A+ to the bartender!"

"Stayed here one night on a road trip. The check-in was fast and the room was easy to find with plenty of parking. Room was as expected. I did appreciate the large TV (55" ?). Room was clean and bed was confortable. I had dinner at Elmer's Restaurant next door, good meal and good service. I was able to walk to a grocery store for some snacks. The price of the hotel was in my budget and met all my expectations. "
