« Hotel was well decorated in the main areas - looking fairly newly redone. The service was good. The only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet is terrible - i mean really terrible. We arrived at breakfast around 9.30 - the eggs were like rubber, sausages the cheapest you can buy, bacon like rubber, instant coffee only. The toast was the highlight, which speaks volumes. Otherwise a great stay. »

« Not quite sure it meets 5 star standard. Room space is lovely, plush and beds super comfy. Bathroom quite basic but shampoo etc provided. Spa ok but could with refurb now as facilities dated. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special. »

« Very historic hotel, old style but pleasant. Room was big and convenienr. Staff was a bit rude, for example they charge guest staying 2 nights for printing 1 page pdf document, never seen if for last 10 years. Night receptionist not helpfull at all inasked where to buy uk electric sockets. It was very visible that i bothering him. He said rudely not possible before 9am. I went out walk 2 min and shop was selling that. Really could be very good place but this staff do that its just an average...
