"Love every element of the resort, it was our 6th visit and, staff remembered us from previous trips. Entertainment is awesome, food options are many. Easy to get transportation to visit the City. The service at night, is great, they new what we wanted after the first order. All staff very friendly, we will be back hopefully. "

"Loved it. Had to request water everyday because they only come every other day to fill bar. I don’t drink alcohol or soda which was plentiful. Also had to request coffee so I could have it each day. The requests were sent but didn’t happen till next day. A bit delayed not instant service"

"Surrounded by nature. Stayed in the Westin Club part of the resort. Nice adults only area pool with a dedicated restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Staff is friendly and attentive. Nice options for food and drink. Beautiful beach that is not very busy."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are all super friendly and would bend over backwards to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet could use a little variety from day to day. The pool and the views were beautiful. My only complaint would be about the Langostas ( Giant Grasshoppers) that would cover the doors and walkways outside the rooms. You had to be extremely cautious opening your door or they would get into your room and no one wants to sleep with a 4 inch flying grasshopper in their room. They would be in the elevators at night also. They would unexpectedly fly at you. They don't bite but they have barbs on their legs that can scratch you. I know we were in a jungle but it seems there should be some kind of fumigation that would keep them away."
