My stay was 5 days and I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had flying bugs everywhere. No one helped me move my luggage and the elevators were out. So I had to walk with my luggage down 4 flights of stairs and over to the next tower up 4 flights. The ONLY person at the place that was pleasant was Antonio. The lost power several times so the internet and TV did not work except for a couple hours 1 out of 5 days. They would not refund my money either. AWFUL.

Well we only stay for 1 night. That was enough. We tried several time to connect to the internet with out success. T.V wasn't working and next day in our check out the elevators were out of service. We where at the 4th level so I have to carry our luggage down stairs. I didn't notice any special need ramps. I have stay before at Playa and I know you can get a better place for your money.

It was beautiful and we had a nice time. The rooftop bar and pool were really nice and we spent a lot of time there. I loved being able to walk to the beach and 5th Ave. The room was just like the pictures - beautiful and clean. You have access to a laundry room in the basement which was helpful. I got a really good massage on the roof also! Overall really nice place. Housekeeping doesn’t clean often though. They only came twice in 10 days. I tried leaving some pesos out for a tip but that didn’t seem to help at all. We ended up having to buy our own toilet paper at the store but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

I love that it’s in a quiet neighborhood and so close to the beach and 38th. The decor of the units and the rooftop are well designed. The front desk staff and the bar staff (great drinks and food) are friendly and very accommodating.. I also thought the massage services were one of the best I ever had! Only complaint is the daily cleaning staff was sometimes absent/missed.
