"I really enjoyed the view. I had the balcony ocean view room. The balcony was 30 feet away from the beach. It was a spectacular view. The beach was well maintained with soft white sand. Very enjoyable. It was worth every penny based on that alone. There are some reviews that mention deficiencies. They are mostly right. There is a night club next door and the music can be quite loud. The facility is older and a bit run down. The room was not especially clean. None of these issues bothered me and...

"This place was awesome from the amazing friendly staff to also being so close walking distance to 5th avenue festivities and as well as to the beach. Place was amazing! Tons of restaurants and bars everything is walking distance including a massive grocery store that has literally everything and well priced. Definitely will return. Oscar you da man! "

"They are trying to run this small hotel remotely. it doesnt work. During my stay, I never saw a clerk or maid. I called the number, but it went to voicemal which was full. Message on hotels.com were not answered. At the airport I received a msg that they needed more info. I was unable to respond in flight. On the way to PdC, I nervously triied to respond, not knowing if I had a room on rainy nite. The AC could not be lowered and no blanket was provided. THe property itself is not bad."

"The staff were great; helpful and friendly. The AC in the bedroom and the fan in the dining area weren't working, but it kept cool enough with the one AC unit that I didn't bother with it. My room was by the front, so I could very clearly hear a restaurant's live music from across the street, but I felt it added to my experience rather than detracted from it. The music didn't play through the night anyway, so I was happy to be situated far away from the party areas."
