"We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my 13 year old to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. "Our stay was good . The food was varied and plentyful. Unfortunately what let it down was they allowed people to vape in the dining room which was unpleasant and the dress code needs to be addressed there were people walking around in very minimal revealing clothing which was very offputting when trying to enjoy a nice meal . Over all a good stay and a great room . "

"The hotel is superb throughout, immaculately clean. Certain areas are a bit dated but the hotel is stunning through out especially the main dining areas. Location excellent, staff are brilliance and you are well looked after. "

"This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again. "

Great hotel for a 3*

"Reading the reviews beforehand I was a bit apprehensive but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Yes our room was dated but clean. The rooms at the other side of the building had been recently renovated. The food in this hotel was superb for a 3*. Selection of meats every day and night. Only downside of the pool was at this time of year it was shaded after 3 but there is terraces where u can move to get the sun. Staff were friendly and rooms cleaned daily. Very central location. Had a great holiday and would definitely return."

Fiesta Siesta ole!!

"A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast offerings a decent choice but a bit repetitive. Evening meals were better. I eat fish and seafood daily and there was a good varied choice of fish dishes throughout the week. Location of hotel is very good just short walks to the beach, the shops and the bus stop to travel further afield from the locality and to and from the airport (bus route 40) Enjoyed my stay that much i've booked up again for February 2026 "

3rd time at same Hotel

"Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂"
