"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. Room would th balcony lovely. Great bedding no food available in the hotel at night. No signage from main road so hard to find "

"We had a fantastic 1 night stay with half-board and enjoyed the spa facilities. The room is big and comfortable with good views. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty good, some dishes better than others, but a shame they charge you for some filtered water - it should just be included as part of the 3-course meal as a minimum. Breakfast was very good."

"Check in was lovely. Very welcoming staff. Room beautiful. Whole hotel was lovely. Special shout out to David our waiter in 17 Blue who made our evening really special including recommendations & great cocktails. Although we had a city view we still had lovely views of the beach & harbour. "
