Someone elses leftovers were left in the mini fridge and it smelled like it had been there a while. 3 out 4 bulbs were out in the bathroom (we did call to get it fixed). Bring your own toiletries because the shampoo and handsoap DRIED ME OUT BAD. There were hairs all over the bed. The window was FILTHY. We ended up leaving a night early because the bed was very uncomfortable. Also, why give 5 throw pillows instead of normal pillows?

Lock on the door was broken. No iron in the room. Black molding debris was in the shower from shelving. Had to pay to park in the parking lot which makes no sense. Breakfast was ok. Had to wait for eggs and creamer.

Our door would not properly shut. Several burnt out lightbulbs in our room (how the maid missed that I have no idea because you could barely see in the bathroom). Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were overcooked, bacon was undercooked, and they had no coffee (we were told there was no more and it was only 8:30 in the morning when we ate).

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Im not sure what happened but this experience was not it! I stayed for 3 nights and everyday i had to go down to the front desk to get a new room key. The wrose party of the trip is when they gave our room to someone else and they were able to walk in on me getting ready. I am thankful i was there when it happened because they had access to all our stuff.

Excellent, friendly and professional staff. Sadly, location needs renovation. Dirty hallways/needs paint and carpeting. As close as it is (walkably) to various sites and attractions, one must pass through undesirable areas/under overpass/lots of vagrants and homeless. Didn't get my room cleaned or refresh towels for second night stay. Basic clean accomadations. Fridge and microwave welcome treat. Great breakfast. Overall, satisfied with experience and felt relatively safe. I hope this location and surrounding area gets a little TLC. Pittsburgh really a very nice city. This is a satisfactory stay for all local sports events.

This hotel was great! Honestly so spacious! The hallways, the elevators, the rooms are so big compared to other hotels. Gym has all machines you need. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have ever slept on! Will always stay here when in Pittsburgh!

Homless people aroimd doors and cars ..showed up eatly for game rooms where reafy was made rop wait till 3 and therebwas over 40 poeple in line and traveled 2 and half hours and instead of enjoying city I waisted a hour ..Time is one thing we all will neber get back. SELFISH ABUSE OF POWER .HORRIBBLE
