Wonderful stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked offsite but very nearby and affordable options. Location was amazing, we were able to walk to lots of eateries and shops, as well as the symphony. Room was more spacious than we anticipated and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour with generous and complimentary beverages. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast buffet had everything a person could ask for & the potatoes were incredible, our compliments to your cooking staff. Heater was not working, I tried to set it, wouldn't work. There was no water in the room, I had to go up to the front desk to get it. I tried to call room service, they won't answer the phone, I had to go down and eat the bar. Business center was down, girl tried to print highly-confidential document, her printer in the back office is jammed, and finally printed them at the front office desk. It is terrible all the way around. So, I don't think I will choose this location again.
