"Good location. We felt safe. We were offered an upgraded room which was large. TV’s volume would only go down to 20? Weird that it couldn’t go lower like to 0 as ALL other TV’s do. Pillows were tiny. Not sure why hotels use such small pillows. People stay at a hotel to sleep king size pillows should be on king size beds. Staff was nice. "
