Hard surface flooring throughout the entire home. .Kitchen features Viking Appliances and quartz countertops. Master bath with custom tiled shower and soaker tub. Plenty of games for the kids and adults to enjoy. Surrounded by lush landscaping this backyard Is like your own personal resort. Hot tub and the option to heat the pool if desired. Plenty of seating everywhere. Firepit for those cooler nights. and BBQ grill and outdoor Cooler. 3 car garage and full laundry area. Everything that you need is here.

Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $400 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

Christmas wonderland
In addition to being conveniently located to all things Scottsdale, the home is in a neighborhood beautifully lit up for Christmas. House has every convenience, vaulted ceilings add a big-house feel, and the backyard is an abundant with lemon and orange trees, cacti, flora and a nicely lit pool/ hot tub. Great place.

We traveled to Scottsdale for a Mayo appt & found staying at this home very relaxing & luxurious. Extremely clean, beautiful outdoor space, large kitchen & gathering spaces, & very nice bathrooms. Enjoyed playing pool, the hot tub, making orange juice & lemonade out of fresh fruit on backyard trees. Lots of comfortable places in house & patio to hang out or find quiet time. Neighborhood very quiet, nice for walks - saw hummingbirds, rabbit, quail & a coyoye! Quick drive to nice restaurants, shopping, & trails. Thank you!

Great Location & House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was ideal, and the house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was decorated with charming Christmas lights, which made it a fun place to go for a walk in the evening. Bart and the management company provided excellent service during check-in and maintained good communication throughout our trip. While we encountered a minor issue with the hot tub heating, both Bart and the management team promptly addressed the issue. Overall, it was a great experience.

You won't be disappointed!
The Arabian Views house was perfect for our group of 6-8. Spacious and completely stocked with everything needed including the essentials (TP, soap, shampoo, etc...the house even had spices and basic cooking supplies). The house is super clean and the outdoor space was private and secluded by lush vegetation including lemon trees. The communication with the host and rental service was spot on as well. The house was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Pool never correct temp
Pool was 100 at one point, spa 120. Rental agency just kept telling me I was wrong. They were sarcastic and nasty and eventually stopped answering me at all. I have two toddlers and the pool was basically unusable the entire week.

Very clean, well maintained, comfortable home with beautiful pool
We stayed here with our 4 kids, ages 5, 5, 8 and 10. We loved that the pool can be heated quite warm, and spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We also loved the pool table. Kids loved the bunk beds. We walked down the street to a playground 2x. We would happily stay here again.
