"This property was wonderfully located. The main Pensacola Beach area was across the road with a safe cross walk. You can walk to restaurants/bars within a couple blocks. It was relaxed and the staff was friendly. If you want a base to work from it was perfect. If you want to lounge in the hotel it was adequate."

"It may have been the time of year we stayed, but the complex was not busy at all!! It was such a cute and quiet complex! This unit is on the 2nd floor on the end! You have a great view of the bay and the beautiful pond in the middle. You also are a very short walk across the street to the gulf beach! May have been because it was early April, but it was basically a private beach. Maybe 2-4 other family’s on the beach with us at a time. We were able to find all kinds of shells and not worry about...
