"Guest services was very friendly and accommodating! I loved that our floor had a little sitting area by the elevator. We traveled with a group, so it was nice to have that space to meet up. The breakfast was really great!"

"Stayed overnight after a late flight in. Lady working at the front desk was very nice and brought me up some breakfast items at night because I was starved and there are no food options nearby. It was very thoughtful of her- thank you! Other than that, make sure you call ahead to schedule your shuttle pick up from the airport! The shuttle does not run automatically unless ordered."

"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...
