"This place is not for tourists, it's house with rooms in it. You can't walk from town. There are lots of street dogs, no proper road. It's next to the highway on the other side of Paracas, which is far from tourist areas. I left after checking in."

"There was a party downstairs where people were screaming like crazy until quite late… after that finished and we thought we could finally sleep, there was a group of teenagers who went into the swimming pool at midnight, who were also super loud. I couldn’t sleep until around 1am. If I had known there were no rules about noise, I would have stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was ok, location is really comfortable. "

"El Huerto Hostel was an amazing place to stay. It’s like a peaceful little pocket in the middle of the bustling centre of Ica. "There was noise overnight and early morning neighbors talking loudly and bird nesting.The building is still under ongoing construction but overall facility is not impressive. The narrow ,steep stairs could be a problem to some. The water in the shower head is not enough and slow. Great location close to the boulevard and cheap."

"The host is great and property is nice. The problem is that despite the map and listing clearly listing it in Paracas, it is located in Pisco, 20 minutes from where the map indicates it is. Also, it's renting out rooms and not the house (which is not what I have experienced with VRBO listings before), so we had a lot of slamming doors from the other guests for a lot of our first night."

"The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all."
