"The prefect house to past time with ur family"

"Property was excellent for a Christmas family get together for 19 people ranging from 5 to adults. The vastness of the out doors with a fire pit and things for the kids to play on, climb and explore was absolutely terrific. The size of the main room and patio room were also great for when the kids were inside."

"Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner...

"We were in 'ahhhh' with the home! Everyone has chosen me to always pick the home when traveling now. The beds and sheets were very comfortable! A beautiful space to spend time with friends. The hosts were amazing! Very accommodating. When we contacted them they were quick to respond! We loved the space! And would highly recommend! "

"Had close friends and family stay with us we enjoyed the pool and hot tub big beautiful home the area looked bad at first but didn’t have any problems neighbors all seemed nice, and waved at us. "

"We had a great 2 week stay in Waxahachie. Taylor was great to work with. We had a bit of an issue and had to move in quickly. The house was ready for us and had no issues our entire stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. The highlight was definitely the hot tub! Would recommend."

"The home was clean and inviting. Very well furnished and the beds slept great. We were in town for a wedding and the VRBO was in a great location. The only thing I would suggest is use of the garage. The day of the wedding it was raining, and it would have been nice to be able to get into the car in a dry area especially for my 87-year-old mother. Montell was great to work with and I would highly recommend this home to stay in. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family....

"Everything was perfect with one exception. For future guests, instructions regarding the gas oven would be helpful. We were unable to bake the breakfast casserole we had prepared because despite making the required setting adjustments (temperature, time, etc.), the oven never came on at all."

"Overall a nice stay. The home was clean and the decor was nice. Very near a fire station, so if you’re a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Also, the temps dropped and we had trouble with the thermostat and getting the system to stop putting out cold air. The host did supply some little heaters in the bedrooms but they tripped the breaker repeatedly. "
