"Fire pit did not have spark to turn on. I might have been able to turn on the tank & adjust the gas but I didn't have a lighter to ignite the propane. May need an igniter or at least a battery. The push switch should unscrew & usually require a AA battery. You have 2 pits so bring 2 batteries to fix."

"We have been to this Hotel many times before and its always Excellent, (probably one of our very favorites) unfortunately I booked it and then both my husband and I got very sick (fever, lots of meds from the Dr. etc.) and were not able to keep the reservation. The room for one night was $336, which was a higher rate then we would normally spend on one night but it was going to be a treat. We were not able to change the date, unfortunately, because it was a "no refund / no change date rate." ...

"Michelle at the hotel was terrific. In spite of mixup with our reservations (our fault), she was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. This is a well managed hotel. You need to replace the pillows on the beds, however. Very uncomfortable. We will come back because this hotel is clean and Michelle at the front desk made our stay so pleasant. Job well done, Hampton Inn. "
