"The master shower did not work right. The mixer/regulator was shot and the water was only very hot or very cold….very disappointing. The door on the master bathroom was a bifold door and the one on the left kept falling off its hinge. I did what I could with it but it’s a bathroom and the door should be able to close. "We have been to this Hotel many times before and its always Excellent, (probably one of our very favorites) unfortunately I booked it and then both my husband and I got very sick (fever, lots of meds from the Dr. etc.) and were not able to keep the reservation. The room for one night was $336, which was a higher rate then we would normally spend on one night but it was going to be a treat. We were not able to change the date, unfortunately, because it was a "no refund / no change date rate." ...
