"So my stay at Holiday Inn started a bit rocky. I was placed in a room in building 8, the furthest building that overlooked a parking lot and what i later found out was a nightclub. It was nonstop loud music until 3am. The partial ocean view was basically nonexistent. The room was old and the faucets in the bathroom werent working properly. "We absolutely love it here. This was our 14th visit to this RIU. The staff goes above and beyond to make your visit special. The buffet is excellent and has so many options. Beach and pool are great, they have daytime entertainment at the pool. The property is very clean and well maintained and so are the rooms. Loved the new nightly specialty drink cart. "I like the fact that unlike the other large resorts on the island there is room on the beach, under a shady palapa you can reserve (for around $50/day). Other resorts like Marriott have beach lounge chairs all right next to each other. Will this change with the new Hilton building going up on the property and turn the beach into a crowded space ? Hope not. "
