She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. "This was the nicest and best outfitted rental I’ve had. Tons of little extras that normally come with surcharges. Owner was available by text and was like a concierge and had lots of advice for kids. She allowed us a late checkout so we could finish a video conference which helped us immensely. A lightbulb was burnt out which wasn’t a problem so I mentioned it to her and she sent bulbs via a courier service. I hope they keep increasing holdings because we would exclusively rent from them. "

"We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area."
