Just a few steps from the house you can enjoy a one mile beach in a private natural reserve, the ScubaMex Dive Shop and all the installations of Paamul Resort including the beachfront restaurant, beach palapas, paddle boards and kayaks.
FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom one has sliding glass doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace, a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with oversized tub (and ocean view), living area and walk in closet. Bedroom two has a king sized bed, sliding glass doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace and a large closet. Bedroom three has a king sized bed, french doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace and a closet. Bedroom four has french doors leading out to the pool area, two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor also boasts a cook’s kitchen with a massive island for cooking and entertaining, living room and dining room that seats sixteen, all with ocean views.
SECOND FLOOR: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors that go onto private balconies.
Casa Paamul comfortably accommodates 14 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Among the many amenities, this home offers a beachfront palapa, parking for two cars, a Bose stereo system, two televisions with American satellite tv, free WiFi and a safe.
