Your vacation starts when you step into this beautifully-modern home located inboard on Hollywood Beach! Offering 3 stories of living space, this home includes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a rooftop deck with marina and ocean views! On the first floor you will find bedrooms 1 and 2. King size beds in both bedrooms allow guests optimal space and comfort. One bedroom includes an attached bathroom. Washer and dryer are located in the hallway across from the second bathroom and 2-car garage access.

The open-concept living area and kitchen are located on the second level. On a clear day sink into the roomy couch in front of the fireplace and enjoy views of the Channel Islands through the floor-to-ceiling windows! Top the night off with a glass of wine at the bar situated in the corner of the living room, or fill the dining table with friends and family (can seat up to 10) and enjoy a meal. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances. The spacious counters and convenient kitchen island are topped with rare and beautiful Van Gough granite, adding to the elegant and modern look of the home. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom and guest bedroom with a trundle bed.

The third floor master suite is absolutely stunning and will have you in awe! A cozy lounge area sits in between the king bed and fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer gorgeous views of the ocean and islands! The master bathroom has a large stand-in shower with an amazing steam feature, and double sink which provides extra counter space. Take a soak in the bathtub while enjoying views of the marina. The rooftop deck can be accessed from the bathroom or hallway. Remaining bedroom has queen bed and attached bathroom. Charcoal BBQ. Other amenities include free Netflix and Google on all TV's and Wifi. This home does not have A/C

There are surf boards, boogie boards, wet suits, bicycles for the whole family, and beach chairs available to use!!

Great location, beautiful home
We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. It had all the amenities we needed, great location to the beach, and spacious living areas. Would definitely recommend this house and stay again. My only suggestions is to have a propane BBQ grill since a charcoal one is not as easy to cook on.

Great location and nice property
We had a great time. If you have a larger group, and many couples, the bedrooms are perfect, essentially everyone has their own bathroom. The house is fully stocked, even the garage is full of beach toys and outdoor activities. House is HUGE and you cant beat the location, just a walk to the beach and to the marina. We had a great time and would stay here again.

House was beautiful and we had a great time! Loved the master and the steam shower. The only complaint we have is that the property manager sent us a contract to sign via text message instead of through VRBO. We thought the text was a scam. We almost lost the rental. They really need to communicate with you via VRBO and let you know to expect the text.

The house was fabulous, steps away from the oceans sand. My grandchild was invited to the X-games, BMX bikes in Ventura at the fairgrounds. We were somewhat hesitant being in Oxnard having to go to Ventura, especially on the weekend, but the travel time was easy. Wonderful quiet beach with beautiful white sand. The house beautifully decorated, great art work, many bathrooms & the feeling of being at home. Communication was excellent. We will return.

Great House
We loved the house and everything was very accommodating. It fit our family perfectly and was very comfortable. My only wishes are screens on the windows, larger pots and pans, window coverings in the owners suite bathroom and a broom, dust pan and vacuum to keep up the floors for the week. Other than that we loved it and would most defitely stay again and recommend. Thank you!

Great beach trip
This property made our plan to relax and enjoy the beach culture so enjoyable. Great house for hosting friends while players by in the sand and playing board games. The host has set up the home with the right amenities. Look forward to coming back in the near future.

It was a lovely property and very spacious. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but could use some additional serving dishes/trays and cook wear. Lots of everyday dishes was appreciated and the refrigerator in the garage was a real bonus, especially with the BBQ there. Dryer was not working properly but an appliance repair man was coming to fix the day we left. Sure hope that happened before the new guests arrival. Sink in ensuite downstairs did not drain, needs attention. Loved the big windows and had great air circulation so no a/c was not an issue. That said, should have screens for safety reasons, with children occupying the home. Some soft seating on rooftop deck and maybe an umbrella would be nice up there too. No dish cloths in the kitchen. Lots of towels were available, including beach towels, much appreciated! Beach toys, bikes, ping pong table, Boogie boards, etc again, much appreciated! We left a number of things to help out the next guests, paper plates, solo cups, briquets, matches. Might want to mention there is a pack n play in closet downstairs... Helpful for future guests with small children/infants. Our family had a wonderful time and it was a very memorable week in this beautiful home. Thank you!

Both fireplaces not working. Unable to ignite. Ants!!! in kitchen, bathrooms and down stairs bedroom. Ants got on bananas on counter and packages placed in cupboards. They were in my bed on bottom back bedroom. I couldn’t sleep. There was NO food there!?! 😝 HAC/ thermostat not working. Overall cleanliness poor.

Great house and great location.
Very nice house across the street from the beach. Two minute walk to the sand. Easily accessible parking. Kitchen could use more cooking utensils. And more staple items in the pantry. Overall the house is great, and would definitely rent again.

A lovely weekend with 3 generations
The house was just beautiful. Our only criticism was that we were told there would be 4 adult bikes which we expected to be in working order. Only one of the bikes was usable. Otherwise, a lovely home, great location, beautifully furnished and perfect for my family of 9.

If I had to find a negative
Great property! Having bikes and beach stuff already there was clutch. Roof top was nice and the rooms were spacious. The only area I didn't like was the leaving instructions. Having to pull off all the bed linen, take the trash cans to the curb , start a load of laundry, wash all the dishes and put all the dishes away or lose the 1000 deposit. For the price and the fact that you already pay for a cleaning of the property when you leave, why did I have to do all of that?!? Other than that its a great place to stay in a great neighborhood.

Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms
There are no crowded spaces in this home! It's an easy walk to the beach & we loved the bikes, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels & anything we might enjoy for the beach. The Wi-Fi info was found on the modem (it was incorrect in the check in material). There was an ant problem, mostly in the kitchen, but also elsewhere in the house, we left some Raid. Steam shower was amazing! Views breathtaking! Beds comfortable. The microwave is strange, foods must be raised to properly heat up (popcorn was never completely popped). The property managers had to come over to help us with the microwave. Property managers were very helpful & responsive. Check in & check out are not ideal: check in is 4pm, yet the office closes at 4, check out is at 10am, yet the office doesn't open until 10am, this is not logical & should be addressed for future customers. Overall, we loved the place!
