"Lovely room, very large and clean. Great bathroom - a compendium would have been useful, as the shower was very confusing. Had a very nice dinner and lunch in the restaurant, and the hot tubs were lovely. Beautiful garden area as well. The information on the webste mentioned laundry facilities, however a request to use a machine for one load (which we would do ourselves) led to such confusion and consternation, that we let it go. A shame, because there was not a coin laundry to be found, even...

"We rented the 2 loft suites for a family wedding. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Brandy helped us figure out a way to plug in our hybrid car via email. She also promptly came to sort out an issue with the tv. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we didn't need anything and giving us more snacks. The towels were first class and the in-floor heating in the bathroom was lovely. The original artwork and gas fireplace make it feel like home not a hotel....

"We love Andaz, and almost always stay here when we’re back in Ottawa. But just know that right now the lot behind the hotel is being bulldozed and dug out (there is also no longer any onsite parking, as a result of this). Construction begins at 7am and is extremely loud. Thankfully they didn’t seem to be doing much on the weekend. I know there’s nothing to be done, this is the downtown experience.
