"Hotel is in a very convenient location. One of the closest off-property places from Disney to be and easy to get to all Disney parks. Some rooms are starting to show age (bathrooms could use sprucing up, some lack of hot water at times). Staff is all very helpful and courteous. We reserved an accessible room and were given one on the third floor of the South Tower, and the room was very accessible, with wide area to maneuver and roll in shower, but there was no temperature control located in...

"We had a great stay. It was very easy to access Disney springs from the hotel and the transportation to the parks was easy to use. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to watch the fireworks at Epcot every night from our window which was amazing. We had a great time and would stay again!"
