"I booked this place two weeks before my stay and didn’t hear anything from the renal manager. Now I’m literally on the small dirt road the day of trying to find the place and when I call the rental manager he tells me it’s actually not available. So instead of cancelling the request within the two weeks of me booking, he waits for me to actually call him, standing out in the cold the day of. Worst rental experience ever"

"We spent our first family (9 of us) mini-vacay here. What an unexpected surprise! The house is absolutely beautiful. Not once did we feel crowded. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, hardwood (some flagstone) throughout and large windows to take in various views of the outdoors. "Not suitable dishes-only 4 plates, glasses-plastic scratched glasses no wine glasses chipped cups, and not enough cutlery. Lighting in living room not suitable for more than 1 person reading.Front door sticks enough that we thought it may have been still locked. Kitchen sink will not hold water. Main bathroom tub will not hold water and shower spraying to one side. No waste baskets in either bathroom. Bedrooms need side tables with lamps and maybe a clock/ radio. "The absolute most luxurious hidden gem, tucked away in the woods, with a gorgeous scenic view. The staff go above and beyond and beyond and beyond. The rooms are stunning. The restaurant and menu are top tier. I can’t believe I was lucky enough to find this place, very last minute, as I got trapped by the snow and closes roads. A little slice of heaven. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here, absolutely do it! "
