"The house is in a great location for walking to restaurants or anything you may need, getting to Charleston, Folly Beach, and Isle of Palms. The property has a nice and quaint fenced in backyard. Joe, was very responsive with any needs. I would stay at one of Joe's properties again. "

"Plenty of space for a group of 10 girls! Although, there was only 2 bathrooms we made it work and had enough space to stretch out at night. Great location to many Charleston attractions and restaurants. We had issues with our AC not working for the first day, but the owners were very responsive in getting it fixed."
