I liked that the front desk woman was very nice and apologetic to incoming guests when she had to go herself to see if their room was ready. She said they were very short-staffed.
Our room was very hot upon entry. There was no hot water. I let the water run for about five minutes. Yes, I had it in the correct position, not on Cold. In the morning we did have Hot.
Breakfast at 8:40 was almost non-existent. One biscuit left, some gravy. No eggs. Well, two hard boiled ones. No pancakes- the machine was not working. There was bacon, thank you. And oatmeal.
I would not stay here again. It was as if the chain was going to go out of business and nobody cared about anything any more.
