"Loved this hotel! Wonderful staff—very welcoming and happily accommodated my touring bicycle. The hotel is very nice. Super clean. Old school room—clean and very comfortable—with a nice balcony. "Remote location but many food delivery options and hotel restaurant (we only tried shunten) was great. The road leading up to the hotel if driving was sometimes very congested. Ample parking even when the hotel is hosting a wedding. Slight trek from nearest bus stop (125 comes straight from the airport) or monorail. Rooms are clean and bathroom fixtures recently refurbished. Aircon is ideal."

The views were beautiful, it was very clean and staff was so friendly they were very patient with us not knowing how to speak Japanese but they were so nice and communication was good ! "The property was a very grand resort. Our room had a beautiful view and there was a large pool and beach area to walk around. Many shops and places to eat on the resort as well. It’s a little difficult to get to since it’s set next to the ocean so you do need a car to get here as I’m not sure about shuttle services. Staff was friendly and kind. Beautiful stay overall!"
