"Loved this hotel! Wonderful staff—very welcoming and happily accommodated my touring bicycle. The hotel is very nice. Super clean. Old school room—clean and very comfortable—with a nice balcony. "Remote location but many food delivery options and hotel restaurant (we only tried shunten) was great. The road leading up to the hotel if driving was sometimes very congested. Ample parking even when the hotel is hosting a wedding. Slight trek from nearest bus stop (125 comes straight from the airport) or monorail. Rooms are clean and bathroom fixtures recently refurbished. Aircon is ideal."

The views were beautiful, it was very clean and staff was so friendly they were very patient with us not knowing how to speak Japanese but they were so nice and communication was good ! On site restaurant was also very good although we noticed other options were very limited . Room was very nice also and we loved the pajamas and sippers that were on the bed.
