"Our room did not have hot water (plumbing issue). The staff were very efficient and helpful and moved us to another room and gave us vouchers for breakfast in the morning. We like the location and the staff are excellent. We do travel quite a bit and find the quality of the hotel is quite good but now that the hotel is older the rooms are looking a bit dated.
