"Just returned from our family trip to DC. We stayed from Mon - Fri with our (2) kids (ages 6 and 15). Cannot say enough good things about our experience :) Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and Lily was great with communication/questions/area info, etc. We also had zero issues with check in. "I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor."

Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. From smooth lining the experience for checking in to getting around the city the stay felt very personal and welcoming aside from only being aesthetically pleasing. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the directions to the location were easy to follow, and the pictures for the property were as posted. Our only regret was not staying another day. To make up for it, we just boasted about the stay to all our friends to at least consider...

The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked.
