"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). "The Westin was in a great location with connected parking & easy check in process. Bigger/better/lit signage directing to the check in desk would be helpful as it’s on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy, connected via elevator to the hotel. I had checked in online & received a text several hours before check in time that my room was ready.
