"Lovely room, great free spa!"

"I had a lovely two nights stay here last month. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless. The bed is very comfortable (with a plug socket on either side), and the shower powerful. A comfy armchair and an opening window add to the room. My room (515) faced the inner courtyard, and even with the window open was quiet. The breakfast was great, with a range of teas, condiments (including local honey) and a hot selection. "This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk from the train station which is on a direct line from the airport, a journey of seventeen minutes. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the main square. It’s a lovely touch to be able to adopt a plant during your stay! Staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. If I was to return to Krakow I would stay here again."

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "
