"Great location close to underground station. Staff were polite, courteous and really helpful. Isdue with the hairdryer in the room and this was resolved promptly, maintenence arrived within 5 minutes with a replacement. Upon check out one of the receptionist checked that the hairdryer had arrived in a timely fashion."

"This is a lovely hotel, maybe a bit dated decor wise, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with usual tea etc, large TV, plenty of storage two chairs, tables and a fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good variety of meals, which can also be purchased in the bar throughout the day. We have stayed 3 times now and have no complaints at all. Whether you stay for 1 night or more, the location is excellent for public transport, tram and bus and...

"We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there. This means it had not been saved as lost property by the housekeepers and had been discarded. In our opinion this is not good practise. "
