"the staff are very nice and attentive but the area around this hotel is probably the only bad part need to travel a bit further into the city for any exciting thing to do but thats not on the fault of this hotel, overall very nice and would stay again."

"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "
