"Clean and tidy, stunning views, handy carpark, great communication with host. Little hiccup with wifi which was instantly dealt with. Kitchen was short of a few items if you’re planning to cook, noisy but fun if you like people watching! Would stay again."

"Our stay at the Sands was great. The communication from Waiheke Unlimited was great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and waking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had extra amenities like a coffee machine! Perfect for a short or long stay. Our room was only a 1br but we had many family and friends there with 2 and 3 bedrooms which were all lovely. Couldn’t fault it"

"Fantastic place in town, walking distance to the eateries on the viaduct. We had three people stay so needed an extra bed, the one provided didn't appear very good quality, safe or comfortable as hoped so we ended up going to get an extra mattress and basic bedding. "
