"We love Candeo but this was our first time staying at one in Osaka. It did not disappoint. The staff were kind and the facilities were as beautiful as always. I love the roof top spa and breakfast was good too. "

"The room is small and can be difficult to move around with two people and luggage. There is no onsen (spa) or sauna for women, only men. This should be made clear before booking. There was mold around the air vent and condensation on the window every morning but otherwise the room was clean. Ask for a non-smoking room, even the towels smelled of smoke. "Great staff attendance and care. Take in consideration that is a bit over the hand to get to the city.. 2/4 min walk to buss station and than 7:8 to the train. Change a few times. Renting a car is good, however tolls are a pain in the ass. If u want to visit Nara, Kyoto, Kobe"

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"We only stayed one night as we are in transition in Kyoto, but this hotel amazed us!!! It is very close to Tokyo station (walking <5 min), facilities are extremely convenient (luggage locker, self check-in), our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. We wished we could spend more time in Kyoto!"

Great Stay

"Hankyu Respire is indeed a good place to stay. it is so conveniently located that transport, food, shopping are just steps away. Our room on the 34th floor was big enough to stay comfortably and has a good and far city view. The bed and pillows are comfortable. though the 2 pillows were soft, we actually slept very well on them. Like the layout that the toilet, washing basin and shower are all separated. also, the bathtub has a separate showerhead so you don't hv to "climb" into the bathtub to shower. The weather was cold during our stay during the first half of March, but the room is comfortably warm. Would definitely come back to Hankyu Respire. Hope the new Hankyu Grand would be just as good or even better."
