If you want catch the limousine bus from the airport to this hotel, you should check the arriving time. Otherwise, you have to go to OCAT and catch the taxi to this hotel. Hotel staff are very professional, that is why we like Hotel Nikko.

Good location, very upmarket. Foodcourt in the basement with good choices. Walking distances to all the shops. Dontobori close by in Namba station. Facilities in hotel good, room size spacious. Only 2 bottles water provided. Staff very polite and helpful.

While the location was great, given there are several options in the same area I won’t be coming back to this particular property again. I have travelled to Japan before so I’m well aware of the size of hotel rooms so while that wasn’t a problem, the bathroom had a rotten smell all 3 days we stayed despite complaining and the tram promptly coming to clean it - it was obviously a drainage problem given the building is very old. The AC temperature cannot be regulated from the room since it’s controlled centrally which is a first for me in a hotel! Room was boiling in the day and very stuffy at night - again staff was prompt in providing a fan when I called but that didn’t really solve the problem. All in all, staff is super helpful in whatever capacity they can - special mention to Mr. Nagasaki who was excellent and so helpful. This review is more to the owners - you need to really renovate and improve the facilities basis what you’re charging - it’s not worth it at all.
