"The carousel was an amazing location for my husband and I to take a couple days away to rest and relax. We loved the ice rink and overall feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub! The ice rink was so much fun! My only advice is to ask for a higher level room or corner if you are sensitive to noise. It didn’t bother us but the music was loud. "I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....
