"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"When we arrived there, we had one foot of snow falling. The crew came out with three or four equipment types to clear all the snow for safety. I was very impressed with the promptness and thoroughness of their service. We arrived four hours earlier because of the weather. They pleasantly let us in the room as soon as it was ready and made us feel comfortable. "
