"Fantastic views of the Smith River from the hot tub and dining room and which was just a staircase away! Liked having an EV charger and a clean house with a kitchen that had plenty of utensils, plates and cookware (we would have loved a kettle!). Please fix the fishing rod situation as only 1 was in working order out of the 6. It was also extremely cold in the house when we arrived and the water had not been turned on."

"This was a very magical stay for us. My boyfriend and I decided to take a small first time vacation together and I chose Mendocino. The Watertower is both private and accessible. No wheelchairs, so if you're not independently mobile choose somewhere else. The accommodations are minimal but perfect! The private jacuzzi is very powerful and the shower is big enough for two! "We visited this property in the winter for our visit to nearby Redwood National Park. This cute property is tucked away nicely amongst the trees and even comes with its own chicken and rooster population. The converted barn was a little cold on our first day but the space heater Aneka left heated the room up very nicely. Communication with Aneka was a breeze and she was very responsive over text. "EVERYTHING was Fantastic. Staff was superb. Particularly Kayla, my new best friend. And Meghan, bartender at the lounge, open Thurs-Sat nights. One of the best lobbies I've ever seen for looks, atmosphere, and ability to sit quietly. You could walk around the hotel for an hour; so much history. Wide range of dining options within. 02/mile. Easy parking, walking distance to many shops, museums, etc. And if you like fresh sushi, ask staff for directions to Co-op. Definitely check out the boardwalk...

"Overall it was great and convenient the room was very nice as was the bathroom! The free breakfast was very good and parking was as well . The only problem was a a refrigerator that made a horrible sound all night Ugg ! Before checking out I went to the office and let them know about it and they said that they would take care of that !
