« Great place to stay! Living room ocean view is breath taking. Clean and Comfortable beds too. Bathrooms are dated and poorly designed but function. Could use a rack to put your soap and shampoo at eye level and places to put a wet towel/wash cloth. My only complaint is the fireplace. It was full of ash and made the whole house smell like an old campfire. Not at all pleasant. We had to close the door to the living room to keep that smell from the bedrooms. But I would definitely stay here...

« Second time we have stayed here. We can walk everywhere…the beach, pier, shopping and restaurants! The best part however is the beautiful unobstructed view of the bay from kitchen and living room area. The place, while worn and somewhat dated is immaculate! Someone goes out of their way to ensure the place is spotless. The kitchen is well equipped and user friendly. We will return to this gem of a place. »

« The house was amazing! Loved how creative and well put together the house and garden are. We went on a lot of adventures together. Walked to the Mendocino Headlands and walked along the beautiful ocean. We also went to Russian Gultch, the Mendocino Botanical Gardens and the Pygmy forest. There is a lot more to do there and we will be back! Winnie was a delightful person! Thank you for everything! Great memories and adventures! »

« I loved the house. The only comment I would make and it is not a negative, just to let people be aware. The only bathroom is up about 5 stairs next to the kitchen and if you using the bathroom during the night, be aware that you need to navigate walking into the next room and walking up some stairs. But, the place if great and is very welcoming! »

« Charlene and her husband were our property's managers. They were both incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The home itself was very comfortable, roomy, clean and location very convenient.
